Priority Reports

When a court deadline or proposed order is provided, our team prioritizes all follow ups to ensure the deadline date is met. Although our experts turnaround time is often withing 10-14 days, delays can occur. If your case has a deadline, we will meet it.

Security is our number one priority. We use encrypted HIPPA compliant platforms to ensure that medical records are received and stored securely. You will receive a real time confirmation that records have been received.

Follow Up and Status Updates

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. Medical record and appointment reminders are sent often to ensure services are not delayed. IME reports are followed up on 24 hours after the assessment is completed. Status updates are then provided to our clients. Updates will continue to be provided until a report is issued.
